"I decided I was going to switch my homeowner's insurance to State Farm at the beginning of February. I had done an online quote and had to go into State Farm twice for around 30 minutes to an hour each time. Switched my car insurance over from a different State Farm office, too. I was specific that I wanted it set up so that my insurance payment would be paid through my mortgage payment every month, so I'm not making separate payments. The guy said that was completely fine and that he would set that up. I sent the loan information to him for him to set it up, and he said he did. A few weeks later, I still saw no update on my mortgage account showing that a new insurance was added, so I called my mortgage company. They didn't know I had insurance and said they didn't receive anything from State Farm. I spent an hour and a half on the phone getting it set up the way I originally wanted it to be, which I never had to do with my previous homeowner's insurance. State Farm also had to be called, and the guy was mad at the mortgage person within five minutes and acted like he didn't have time for it. The mortgage person was very difficult, but I wouldn't have had to call and do all of that myself if State Farm had just set it up originally, and to be frustrated that quickly seemed a bit unreasonable. The mortgage person said they had it all worked out and would make a payment to State Farm, and I would now be paying it through the mortgage payment as planned. It was reflected on my mortgage account within a few days. A couple weeks later, I get an email from State Farm saying they need to raise my homeowner's insurance another $400-$500 a year and to reply back agreeing if that works. I did not reply, because that was not the price I had agreed to. They never called me or left a message, nothing besides that email. Now, they are cancelling my homeowner's insurance altogether. I have wasted hours of my time on multiple different days to get all of this set up, and then they want to change the price and have since cancelled it. I most certainly would not recommend going here for insurance unless you want to waste your time."

"Been 5 weeks since I cancelled my policy. You sure knew where to mail my bills but didn't have the common sense to mail my refund properly. Still being robbed and lied to!!!"
